MoveBuddy is an innovative platform that simplifies the complexities of moving by offering users an easy-to-navigate interface for planning and coordinating their moves. As the Product Owner, I led cross-functional teams in marketing, development, and customer support, ensuring a seamless experience for our users from start to finish.
My role
In development, I directed the creation of a user-friendly, responsive platform that helps users book movers, schedule services, and manage logistics effortlessly. I implemented strategies to make the platform scalable and optimized for performance, ensuring that it could handle a growing user base with ease.
To boost visibility and attract new users, I spearheaded comprehensive marketing campaigns that successfully drove growth and engagement. I worked closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies, digital ad campaigns, and SEO efforts, which resulted in increased traffic and improved conversions.
On the customer support side, I supported the team lead to provide faster, more efficient lead flows - leading to faster response times and higher satisfaction and retention rates. We implemented automation for customer queries, streamlined communication workflows, and ensured a consistent experience across all touchpoints.

About BagSafe | A Secure Luggage Storage Solution for Travelers
BagSafe is a flexible and secure luggage storage solution for travelers, designed to offer peace of mind while they explore. BagSafe plans on offering accessible, secure locations around digital nomad hotspots offering daily, weekly, and monthly luggage storage.
My role
As part of the project, I led the design and development of the BagSafe website, focusing on creating a clean, intuitive layout that allows users to quickly find storage options and make bookings. This site is still in the early phase of development, and not all copy has been confirmed.
I integrated responsive development practices, ensuring seamless performance across devices, while also implementing an SEO strategy that enhanced the site's visibility in each of their future locations (with the first being in Bali, Indonesia). Additionally, I built automations for booking confirmations, customer communications, and operational workflows, streamlining the service experience.
This project reflects BagSafe’s mission to deliver convenience and security, with the added benefit of optimized digital functionality.

I led the development of MakeMyOwnMugs.com, crafting a user-friendly interface that makes custom mug creation both fun and accessible. The development was centered around simplicity and creativity, providing users with an intuitive layout and seamless navigation to enhance the overall experience. I implemented responsive design principles to ensure the platform performs flawlessly across all devices. The site was built with scalability in mind, allowing it to handle increasing traffic and user engagement without compromising speed or reliability. The online store can now scale to as many products as they see fit.
To drive organic growth, I executed a targeted SEO strategy that optimized the site’s content for relevant keywords - using each product to grow faster - and structured the site for search engine success. These efforts led to improved rankings and an increase in qualified traffic.
Additionally, I developed automations that streamlined the business’s operations. From automated order processing to real-time inventory management, these systems helped MakeMyOwnMugs.com run efficiently while delivering a seamless customer experience. I also integrated marketing automation, such as email campaigns triggered by user actions, to keep customers engaged and coming back for more.

With no overhead or onboarding, clients of Fractional can tap into world-class creative talent on a monthly basis, ensuring their design and development needs are consistently met. There are no contracts included, following the subscription method clients can pause or cancel their plan at any time.
My role
As part of Fractional Creative, I led the complete design and development process, focusing on delivering a high-performance website that integrates both aesthetics and functionality. The design was built with user experience in mind, incorporating a modern, intuitive layout that enhances brand presence and ease of navigation. The original brand name was 'NOKTEM', and has had a brand change to be 'Fractional Creative' - with this brand update the website will be getting a new aesthetic to match.
On the development front, I utilized responsive frameworks (Webflow) to ensure optimal performance across all devices, while implementing efficient coding where needed that prioritize scalability and speed. This made the website not only visually appealing but also reliable and easy to manage long-term.
To boost organic traffic, I crafted a comprehensive SEO strategy that optimized the site’s content structure, keyword targeting, and metadata, leading to improved search engine rankings and a steady increase in site traffic. The re-brand will allow for a higher level of SEO development, targeting key words and phrases.
Additionally, I developed custom automations to streamline operations, including an integration with a personalized application, email marketing workflows, and more. These automations enabled seamless user interactions and experience - creating an efficient system that supports both marketing and operational goals.
